🧭 How it works, at a glance
The journey is always the same:
You create a workspace for each brand, load it with its info, and the AI builds complete posts (text + image + design). Then you review them, tweak them, and download them ready to publish.
1 Your account and plan
To use the platform you need an active subscription.
- You sign in with your account (email or "Continue with Coopen").
- The plan is $20/month via PayPal (card or balance). It includes all the AIs, all the tools, and up to 5 free collaborators.
- Cancel anytime from PayPal; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
2 Create your brand (workspace)
Each workspace = one brand. You have two ways to start:
- On the Dashboard, tap + New Workspace.
- Choose "Scan my website" and paste the URL (with
https://), or "Manual". - Review what the AI found, pick the logo, and confirm.
3 Complete the Brand Profile
It's what the AI uses to write well. The more complete, the better the posts.
- Open Brand Profile from the workspace menu.
- The Brand Name and the Source URL are editable up top there.
- Enter description, audience, tone, products/services and, importantly, the real contact details (phone, email, address, hours). The AI never makes them up: it uses only what you enter.
- Colors and fonts: you can tap "Fill with AI" and paste a URL so it extracts the palette and typography from the site.
- Save with Save Brand Profile.
4 Generate content
The recommended way is with Novah, the assistant, who walks you through step by step.
- Open Generate and follow Novah:
- Networks: choose where to publish (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Quantity: how many posts per network.
- Format: the shape of the image. It's suggested automatically based on the network (Feed = 1:1, Reels/TikTok = 9:16, YouTube = 16:9).
- Image type: Stock (real photos), AI (generated), your photos, or AI-styled posters (complete ads with a style).
- Review the summary and hit Generate. AI images can take up to ~60s — don't close the tab.
5 Review and edit each post
Click any post to open the editor.
- Text: edit the copy and the dynamic texts (headline, tagline, CTA…).
- Background: replace the image with one of your uploaded photos.
- Template: choose the design composited over the image (logo, frame, texts).
- Save: three clear options — just this post, for the whole workspace, or as a new template.
Official logo on styled ads
If a styled ad (baked-ai) comes with an AI logo you don't like, in its editor you have "Official logo": choose a corner and size and it stamps your real logo. It's non-destructive: Re-stamp repositions it without stacking, and Remove logo reverts to the original image.
6 Quick per-post actions
On hover (or always visible) over each post:
🪄 Styles
Styles define the "look" of the AI-styled posters. It's one of the two pillars (along with Templates) and they're used across the platform.
- Open Styles in the workspace menu.
- Create from an image: upload an example, the AI analyzes it and shows you the prompts so you can approve or adjust them (with variable buttons like
{{brand}},{{phone}}) or improve them with AI. - Create manually: write the prompts by hand.
- Edit: the pencil opens the prompts of any style (including built-in ones, for admins/mods).
- Test: the "Generate sample" button to see how it looks with your brand before using it, and "Revert changes" if it doesn't convince you.
🎨 Templates
The design composited over the post's image (logo, texts, frames).
- In Templates you see the available ones; the platform picks a smart one per post, but you can change it from the editor.
- Customizations are saved per post or per workspace, without touching the global template.
📸 Image to Image
Transform one of your photos with a style (it doesn't generate from scratch).
- Open Image to Image.
- Upload a photo, choose a style and a model, and hit Generate.
- The photo is transformed while keeping the subject. Want to create/edit the styles? That's in Styles.
⚡ Quick Gen
The fast path: ads ready in seconds, without so many steps.
- Open Quick Gen from the Dashboard.
- Choose the source: a new URL, or an existing workspace.
- Choose format, image type, language, and quantity.
- Generate and review the ads (with variations / like / delete buttons on each).
🖼️ Gallery
Your archive of the designs you saved (with ♥ or "Save to Gallery").
- Search / filter by name, network, or content.
- ⧉ Duplicate and use: creates a new editable post from a saved design and takes you to Generate.
- Download individually or in bulk (ZIP), export CSV, rename, or delete.
⬇️ Export
To take the content out and publish it.
- In Generate, select posts and use the action bar: Download ZIP (images + CSV) or Export CSV (with public URLs, ideal for scheduling tools).
- The CSV includes date, content, link, and images — ready to import.
👥 Collaborators
Share a workspace with your team. Your plan includes up to 5 free collaborators.
- Open Collaborators in the workspace menu.
- Tap Invite collaborator and search for the person by name or email (or type their exact email). They must have an account on the platform.
- Choose their role and send the invitation. They'll see it in their sidebar as Shared.

💡 Tips & frequently asked questions
I don't see my changes after updating
Press Ctrl+Shift+R (hard reload). The app caches to run faster.
The AI doesn't make up my contact details
Correct, that's on purpose. Enter phone/email/address/hours in the Brand Profile so they appear in the ads.
How do I change the image model for styled ads?
The AI-styled posters always use Nano Banana. In Image to Image you can choose the model.
I generated vertical and it looks bad in the Feed
The "format" is the shape of the image, not the network. For the Instagram Feed use 1:1; for Reels/TikTok, 9:16. Novah suggests it automatically based on the chosen network.
